MobileDB NVRAM-based mobile database is a novel storage technology that leverages NAND Flash as the main memory for storing data. It has several advantages over traditional mobile databases, such as low power consumption, high storage capacity, and fast access speed. In this prototype, we use a microcontroller to manage the communication between the NAND Flash and other components of the system. The microcontroller reads data from the NAND Flash and writes it to another memory device when needed. This way, the data can be quickly accessed by other parts of the system without waiting for the microcontroller to read from the NAND Flash. Overall, this prototype demonstrates the feasibility of using NAND Flash as a storage medium for mobile databases, and it provides a promising solution for future development.NVRAM based mobile db prototype
